Ross Hamacheck

Ross is currently a private investor and philanthropist. He serves on the Board of Directors at the Hetrick-Martin Institute, where he is Vice Chair. Previously, he was a senior executive at The Washington Post Company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer of Kaplan, Inc. Ross also has worked as a management consultant; practiced law in Washington D.C.; and served as a staff member and defense policy analyst for the U.S. Senate. A graduate of Yale Law School, Ross also holds a master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University, which he attended on a Rhodes Scholarship. He completed his undergraduate degree in History and Russian Studies at Princeton University.

Charles Morcom

Charles is Head of Energy Volatility Qualitative Research at Citadel Investment Group, a hedge fund. Previously, he was a Vice President at JPMorgan. Before that, he held positions at the World Bank and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Charles received his doctorate in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He completed his undergraduate degree at Oxford University.

Heather Rivera

Heather Rivera is YouTube’s Director and Global Head of Product Partnerships, an organization that seeks to build strategic partnerships on- and off-platform that help pioneer new business, enhance overall product development, further information exchange, and drive YouTube distribution across mobile phones, smart televisions, game consoles, and other platforms. Heather joined YouTube after leading Strategy & Operations for the Creative Lab, Google’s acclaimed, in-house creative agency. She started her career at Google in Business Development for Google Checkout and has been with the company since 2007. Heather holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts in the Humanities from the University of Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.

Catherine Szyman

Catherine is currently President of Diabetes at Medtronic Diabetes and Senior Vice President at Medtronic, Inc. Since joining Medtronic in 1991, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Medtronic Vascular Inc. Catherine serves as a Director of the California Healthcare Institute. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Thomas.
